EVOQ Town Flats at Johns Creek is a boutique-sized community offering 140 flats with features that include 11’ ceilings, 5-burner gas ranges, 5-piece master bathroom ensuites, and more.
The amenities at EVOQ have been uniquely designed with our target market in mind and include self-serve beer & wine taps, an event kitchen, a saltwater pool with sunning ledge, gas grills & a GreenEgg, and concierge service.
