As a response to the unprecedented interest and willingness of the 55+ market to rent, OneStreet designed a cottage product that would bridge the gap of the 55+ discretionary renters ready to give up the mortgage and maintenance but not yet ready for a traditional stacked multifamily community. Hayloft Cottages at Suwanee.
The result was Hayloft Cottages, a neighborhood of single, duplex, and quad-style cottages that are larger than traditional apartments while offering amenities designed to foster community engagement, including a clubhouse with a serving kitchen for hosting events, a community room, outdoor dining areas with grills, pocket parks, and other social engagement areas like fire pits, resident gardens, passive dog parks, and walking trails.
Our flagship Hayloft community is in Suwanee, Ga, which is consistently ranked as one of the top suburbs in Georgia. Offering 98 residences and 8 floor plans, our first resident moved into Hayloft Cottages at Suwanee in March of 2023, and construction is scheduled to finish in December.
