In 2019, OneStreet Residential was selected as Master Developer by the Lawrenceville Housing Authority with the goal of creating more than 700 new affordable residences over a 5 year period. The first project we developed as a result of this partnership was HearthSide Lawrenceville, a 4% tax-exempt bond project that is 100% affordable, comprised of 115 residences in a traditional stacked flat building and 25 cottages on this 5+ acre site.
