HearthSide Peachtree City is Located south of Atlanta, Peachtree City gained notoriety following the filming of “Fried Green Tomatoes” and is consistently rated as one of the top 50 places to live in the US. A unique feature of Peachtree City are the more than 100 miles of paved golf cart paths connecting neighborhoods, businesses, schools, shopping centers, and more. More than 10,000 residents own golf carts and frequently use the path system as their primary means of transportation to get around the city. In addition, Peachtree City limits the height of multifamily buildings to no more than 35 feet.
We developed this 3-story gated community on a 5-acre site to house 96 units in 1 and 2-bedroom floor plans. Community amenities include covered golf cart parking and cart paths, which tie into the city-wide path system, community gardens, an outdoor pavilion with grills and dining areas, a large screened-in veranda, walking trails, a fitness center, and more.
