Working with town administrators, OneStreet recognized a community need for more age-exclusive housing that would appeal to 2-person households (i.e. married couples vs. individuals) and developed MainStreet Braselton with a mix of stacked flat 1 & 2 bedroom apartment homes and 2-bedroom private entrance cottages. MainStreet Braselton was the first OneStreet community to offer market-rate cottages and apartment homes, and the community has remained fully occupied since opening in 2014.
Amenities include a large town green and outdoor grilling and seating areas to encourage residents to spend time outdoors when the weather allows.
