OneStreet served as the Master Developer on the redevelopment of the former Boat Rock Public Housing Community in Atlanta, resulting in this 224-unit mixed-income workforce housing community. as well as 84 single-family homes and townhomes, 10% of which are set aside for residents making 80% of the area median income. Westchase at Sandtown was the first community OneStreet developed in conjunction with the Housing Authority of Fulton County (HAFC). Additionally, HAFC worked to create special financing programs to enable first-time home buyers to purchase the homes & townhomes.
The apartment community and homes share club-style amenities, including a Clubhouse, a junior olympic-sized swimming pool, tennis courts, and a central park green space.
